Southern Changes Home Improvement is Carl Frisk’s painting and home improvement business in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. It is rooted in roughly three decades of painting and trades experience, long-term customers, clean job habits, and the belief that a contractor should communicate like an adult and leave the home better than he found it.
